| I am Angela, a Career Coach. I have a corporate finance background and have engaged in senior executive posts in both renowned corporations and civil services for over 20 years. My passion is to help people improve their lives by providing coaching services to individuals who are looking for career changes and wish to see a bigger picture of their lives. I coach people to find out what they want, get through their internal struggles and achieve a fulfilling life by aligning their life values with their work. My past career background has given me opportunities to meet different levels of people and understand their thinking, behavior and how their value system and experience affect their performance and job satisfaction level. I used my hands on experiences to have developed an insightful coaching program to help you to exploring what is the right career for you. I am skilful enough to ask the right question to inspire you to think deeper. I may use some tools to help you to get a better understanding of yourself and your hidden needs. It may take you some time to discover your blind spot for a right solution that you have ownership. Anyway, I will help you through the journey of self discovery and goal attainment. My style of coaching is that I won't too quickly provide advice on the solution for problems you have because that would defeat the purpose of coaching. I will listen and walk hand in hand with you to let self discover for yourself. It works well with many people benefiting from the coaching services.
